New Shit!

A few albums and some single tracks leaked over the last week or so. Some were hot, some definitely not.

First off was Eminem's Recovery. This was supposed to have the "old" Eminem on it. I don't know about that. Just Blaze was a producer of a couple of joints and I was really looking forward to hearing what came of it. Unfortunately I was disappointed. You might like this album. I didn't. Moving on.

Second was Big Boi's first solo album, Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty. Damn near half the album was leaked over the past year. All of them except two of the hottest songs. Both of them featured Andre 3000. Count Outkast's record label Jive guilty. Jive didn't want 3 Stacks to be on any song as Outkast on another label, such as Def Jam, which is Big Boi's new label. Anyways, this album is still a quality album. I really only skip a couple of songs, depending on my mood. This is one I recommend to buy and support the artist. The other albums that came out are CNN's The War Report 2, Stat Quo's Statlanta and Currency's Pilot Talk. 

A couple of random joints that have leaked recently have come from Rick Ross. I'm really feelin' the Super High remix featuring Currency and Wiz Khalifa. He also has a song called "B.M.F." featuring Styles P. I thought this was kinda unexpected. Nobody really ever features him on a track, let alone a beat like that. I think Busta Rhymes would've been a better fit. He ALWAYS provides great features. Styles did work out though and this track is a banger. He also has the Jay-Z feature on "Free Mason". This one has a slow tempo, maybe to not over-power the lyrics. Honestly I think this whole Illuminati + Jay-Z thing is b.s. and ridiculous to even respond to the subject. Oh, well.  Here's the "Super High" video, check it out.

Black Milk has let three tracks out. Two were throwaways that didn't make the album and the other is his first single "Welcome (Gotta Go)". With the quality of the two throwaways, this album is gonna be dope.

Dipset is back together with their new one, "Salute". Ehh. Vado and Juelz seems like a good match, I'd like to hear that. Really, Freeky Zeeky and Jim Jones should get as far away from a mic as possible.
